RETURN ELIGIBILITY

30-Day Window: Return any unused e-bike or accessory within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Must be in original packaging, with all accessories and under 10 miles ridden.

Defective Items: Full replacement or refund within 7 days — no restocking fee.
