RETURN & REFUND POLICY

BIKE SHOP ON THE GO CORP. is committed to your complete satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy is effective as of December 04, 2025.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • 30-Day Window: Return any unused e-bike or accessory within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Must be in original packaging, with all accessories and under 10 miles ridden.

  • Defective Items: Full replacement or refund within 7 days — no restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact ride@bikeonthego.shop or call +1 (786) 631-3099 with your order number.

  2. Receive free return label (we cover return shipping on all approved returns).

  3. Ship back to: Bike Shop On The Go Returns 3200 NW 11th Ave, Miami, FL 33127, USA

REFUND TIMELINE

  • Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges non-refundable unless defective.

2-YEAR WARRANTY

Every e-bike includes a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We’ll repair or replace — your choice — at no cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Used e-bikes (over 10 miles)

  • Clearance/final-sale items

  • Missing parts or damaged packaging (unless defective)

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel before shipping for a full refund — contact us within 24 hours.
